Abstract

There has been an increasing interest in the relationship of personality to bipolar disorder and various views were presented until now.. Personality is viewed as -a modifier, a complication, an attenuated expression of bipolar. disorddr or as a separatedisorder existing with the bipolar disorder at the same time.
Authors have experienced and treated a person with bipolar disorder with the sequalae of debilitating personality trait after the illness and here it is presented with a review on the relationship of personality to bipolar disorders.
